Thomas L. Cotton, 71, passed away Friday, May 11, 2018 at his residence. He was born January 27,1947 in Riley, Tennessee, the son of Dolly and Gennie (NEE: McGrone) Cotton. He loved to Barbeque, play guitar, upholster, cook, and preach. Thomas will be deeply missed by his 6 children Daselle (Erica Holland) Bell, Veronica (Nord) Wilson, Thomas Lee (Valencia Days) Cotton, Tina (Luther Burkman) Cotton, Sherell Cotton, and Mae Snow. He will also be missed by his 12 grandchildren DaPrie, Devon, Elijah, Keairra, Shakira, Isreonna, Amaya, Aijahlon, Xymireon, Decorion, Luther, and Selayjenae. He is survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Dolly and Gennie, 1 sister Dollie Christon, and his favorite Auntie Mattie Taylor. Funeral services for Thomas will be held Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Strouf Funeral Home. The family will receive guests at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial for is private for the family.
