Sylvia Brown

Sylvia Brown 49 passed away Friday morning July 19, 2013 in Aurora St. Luke”s Medical Center in Milwaukee after a long illness. She was born July 6, 1964 in Racine the daughter of Gilbert and Beatrice (nee: Mendiola) Perez. Sylvia married Ronald P. Brown on January 9, 1983 in Racine. She was a member of Grace Church and a homemaker who enjoyed swimming, shopping, family gatherings, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Survivors include her husband Ron, 5 children Candice, Katie, Samantha, Shelby, and Myles Brown, 5 grandchildren; Nevaiah, Izaiah, Klayton, Paityn, and Mason, her father Gilbert Perez, 2 brothers Hector Perez, and Rick (Debbie) Perez, and 3 sisters; Margie (William) Goedker, Anna (Robert) Guzman, and Rosie Perez. Sylvia is further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, and a grandson Hudson Patrick Simonsen. Funeral services will be Tuesday July 23, 2013 at 1 p.m. in Strouf Funeral Home. The family will receive guests on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until time of services. ;
