Pablo “Paul” E. Quiroz 74, passed away unexpectedly on Monday morning January 5, 2015 in Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Medical Center. He was born June 30, 1940 in Austin, TX the son of Antonio and Rita (nee: Esquivel) Quiroz. Paul married Frances R. Ramirez on October 7, 1957 in Racine. He was employed with Racine Steel Castings as a skilled trade carpenter, and later with Racine/Kenosha Weatherization. Paul was a member of St. Patrick’s Parish, had been a Union Steward, and was a dedicated service member with the Por La Gente Association. He was a great handyman who was willing to help any and all in need. He was also an avid Dallas Cowboys and Milwaukee Brewers fan. Paul enjoyed spending time with his loving family especially family and holiday gatherings. Survivors include his beloved wife Frances, 4 children; Daniel R. (Josefina Rivas) Quiroz, Paul R. (Faith Bronner) Quiroz Jr., Alice R. (Eddie) Guzman, and Kathryn Q. (Mark) Unze., 8 grandchildren; David (Sonia) Quiroz, Jr. Marie (Chevis) Williams, Paul (Carmen Martinez) Quiroz III, Tanya Quiroz, Juan (Megan) Guzman, Lucas, Jacob, and Rebecca Unze, 12 great grandchildren; David III, Antonio, Cynaia, C’Arie, Maricella, Rudy, Natalia, Ricky, Julian, Paul IV, Elijah, and Aiyana, 2 sisters Guadalupe (Matias) Limon, and Consuelo Velasquez, and 2 brothers; Antonio (Isabel) Quiroz Jr., and Roberto Quiroz. Paul is further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his son David, a great granddaughter Alianna Quiroz, 4 sisters; Gumezinda, Victoria, Alice, and Ramona, and 2 brothers Alejos, and Sisto. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday January 10, 2015 at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick’s Catholic Church 1100 Erie St., Fr. Antony Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive guests on Friday from 5 p.m. ending with a vigil service at 6:45 p.m. and on Saturday in church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass at 10 a.m. ;
