Manuel Martinez III, 45, of Racine passed away unexpectedly in his home on Wednesday, January 30, 2019. He was born in Racine on September 07, 1973 to Manuel Martinez, Jr. and Adelita (Dela) Sauceda. Manuel was self-employed and when not working he enjoyed drinking and grilling with his buddies, fishing and hunting, playing pool, and loved dancing and singing. He loved kids and was always baby sitting, something he really enjoyed. Manuel will be deeply missed by his fiancée Marenia Baker, his daughters Emma and Alissa Martinez, and step-children Robert and Ashley Baker, parents Manuel Martinez, Jr. and Adelita (Dela) Sauceda, 3 brothers Ricky Martinez, Rolando Martinez and Gabriel Martinez and 2 step-brothers Jason Salinas and Antonio “Tony” Salinas and grandparents Deliz and Richard Hernandez as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Manuel was preceded in death by Grandpa Manuel Martinez, Sr., Uncle Ralph Martinez, Great Grandparents Martinez, Great Grandma Alaniz, Grandpa Concepcion Sauceda, Grandma Margarita Sauceda and many aunts and uncles. Services will be held in Strouf Funeral Home on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 12 p.m. The family will receive guests in the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery on 32 following the service.
