Manuel Guajardo Jr., 49, of Racine, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Ascension All Saints Hospital. He was born on February 3, 1970 in Racine, the son of Manuel Guajardo Sr. and Maria Martinez. He married Gail Draves on November 22, 2008 in Racine. Manuel worked as a supervisor at Lake Electric Motors. He loved riding his bike and taking long walks. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a big wrestling fan, and loved to watch world wide entertainment. He was a foodie, and loved to eat. Manuel will be deeply missed by his wife Gail Guajardo, mother Maria Martinez, and step-son Kristopher Draves. He will also be missed by his sisters Rosemary Martinez, Lisa Guajardo, Angie Overa, and brother Steve Guajardo. He is survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Manuel is preceded in death by his father Manuel Guajardo Sr., grandmother Lilia Martinez, uncle Arthur Martinez, and aunt Sylvia Martinez. Services for Manuel will be held on Friday, March 8, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Strouf Funeral Home. The family will receive guests on Friday, March 8, 2019 from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be private for the family per Manuel’s wishes.
