Johanna Scheible

Johanna Scheible 97 passed away Monday morning May 18, 2015 in her home under the comforting care of Hospice. She was born August 26, 1917 in Racine the daughter of John and Mary Bobeck. Johanna was united in marriage to William Scheible on June 14, 1941 in Racine. He passed away December 7, 1986. A homemaker, Johanna enjoyed dancing and Big Band music. She was a strong Packers fan and a good cook. She so loved her family caring for and enjoying spending time with them. Survivors include her daughters Patricia Scheible and Judith Scheible, a granddaughter Susan, and a great grandson Scott. She is further survived by a brother Sam Bobeck other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, and four brothers; Bill, John, Emil, and Joe Bobeck. The family would like to offer special thanks to Brenda and Dale Schuls, Carol and Greg Burns, Alena and Martin Fiala, Ethel and James Brown, The Gentiva Senior Care Team with Nurse Carmen, and the Gentiva Hospice Team with Nurse Rhonda. Your compassionate help and care of Johanna and her family will always be appreciated. Funeral Services will be held Friday May 22, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in Strouf Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery on Hwy. 32. The family will receive guests on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of services in the funeral home.;
