Jimmy Norris Hotvedt, 65, of Racine, passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at home. He was born on February 12, 1956, born the son of Robert and Geraldine Hotvedt. Jimmy married Susan Bouwma on December 3, 1994 in Racine, Wisconsin. Jimmy loved to spend his free time painting. Jimmy will be dearly missed by his wife Susan and son James Hotvedt. He will be deeply missed by his mother-in-law JoAnne Bouwma and brother-in-laws Paul Bouwma, Steve (Gloria) Bouwma, Jim (Kandi) Bouwma, Don Bouwma, Dan Bouwma, and Mike (Peggy) Bouwma. He is survived by nieces and nephews Katie (Ken) Taylor, Angie Bouwma, Jessie Bouwma, Jenny (Brian) Valles, Michelle (Sam) Ferraro, Gina (Josh) Valles, Brian (Ashley) Bouwma, Daniel Bouwma, Amy (Bobby) Schmidt, LeAnne Bouwma, Sarah (Shane) Smith, Dustin (Karon) Bouwma, Andrew (Leah) Bouwma, Josh Bouwma, Samantha Bouwma, Jonathon Bouwma, Amanda (Dom) Carreon, Austin Bouwma, Wyatt Bouwma, and Carmen Bouwma as well and great nieces and nephews Ty, Bo, Knox, Lily, Anthony, Isaiah, Lexi, Sammy, Skylar, Jase, Noah, Nevaeh, Steven, Benjamin, Vincent, Logan, Luke, Jeremiah, Cheyenne, Chloe, Micah, Sophia, Fiona, Maddox, Malia, Tyler, Annabelle, Damian, Isaiah, Abby, Jordan, Jaelyn, and Jayden. He will be missed by brothers, sisters, relatives, and friends. Jimmy is preceded in death by his father-in-law Ralph Bouwma. Memorial Services will be held on September 3, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Raymond Christian Fellowship (8638 County Rd K Franksville Wis. 53126). There will be a luncheon to follow service.
