Blackshear, GA Domenic P. Mascaretti 65 passed away Saturday morning March 2, 2013 in his home after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born January 16, 1948 in Milwaukee, WI the son of Phillip and Lucille Rose (nee: Lisi) Mascaretti. Domenic moved to Blackshear from Kenosha in 2008. He was the owner and operator of the Leprechaun Pub in Kenosha, and retired form Chrysler Motors as a machinist after 35 years. He was a member of the UAW Local 72 of Kenosha, and enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife Donna Holst Mascaretti of Blackshear, 2 daughters; Michele (Judson) Rhodes and Monica Williams both of Blackshear, 3 son; John D. Mascaretti of Racine, James D. (Heather) Mascaretti of Nededah, WI, and Timothy Williams of Blackshear, 2 brothers, John (Jennifer) Alexandrowiscz of Crivitz, WI, and David Schlender of Clearwater, FL, 10 grandchildren; Domenic (Tabitha) Vine, Katelynn Vine, Michael Rhodes, Justin (Desiee) Rhodes, Arika Mascaretti, Anthony Mascaretti, Talon Mascaretti, Ashley Mascaretti, Nicholas Mascaretti, and Darin Marscaretti II, 4 great grandchildren, his former wife Pauline Foxcroft Mascaretti, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including his four legged children; “Smokie”, “Missy”, and “Ringo”. Domenic was preceded in death by his parents, and a son Darin J. Mascaretti. Funeral services will be held Friday March 8, 2013 at 1pm in Strouf Funeral Home, Fr. Richard Molter officiating.. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery. The family will receive guests on Friday from 11 am until the time of services in the funeral home.
