Antolino Figueroa 83 passed away Sunday morning December 20, 2015 in his home. He was born April 10, 1932 in Puerto Rico, the son of Juan and Laura (nee: Velez) Figueroa. Antolino married Lydia Santana in 1955 in Puerto Rico. He was employed for many years as a carpenter and was a member of the Canaan Church. He enjoyed cooking, playing dominos, and was an excellent player of the cuatro. A loving husband, father and grandfather, he will be deeply missed by his wife Lydia, his children, Jose A. (Sylvia) Figueroa, Ada Candelaria, and Milagros (Jaime) Reyna, 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 infant sons, 2 brothers and 4 sisters. Funeral services will be held Wednesday December 23, 2015 at 1 P.M. in Canaan Church 1119 Kewaunee St., Rev. Olga Rios officiating. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery. The family will receive guests on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. in Strouf Funeral Home, and on Wednesday in church from 12:30 p.m. to time of service.
