Sharon A. Rendon

Sharon A. Rendon 66 passed away Thursday morning August 7, 2014 in her home after an extended illness. She was born August 23, 1948 in Racine the daughter of George E. and Geraldine M. (nee: Larrin) Baker. Sharon married John C. Rendon on May 26, 1996 in Racine. She was employed with Service Master, was the owner/operator of a tavern, and served as a receptionist for St. Luke’s Hospital downtown. Sharon was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, and loved to play bingo any chance she got, and also enjoyed Tejano music. Sharon will be deeply missed by her husband John, children Kim (Earl) Owen, Brenda (Johnnie) Felix, and Jennifer (Clint) Bucholz, step children Randy (Deanni) Rendon, Mary (Ray) Nava, and Shelley (Rueban) Ramos, Brothers and Sisters; Kathy (Doug) Horton, Thomas E. Baker, Bonnie (Richard) Muniz, Terri Vernon, Gail Karls, Todd Baker, and Scott (Julie) Baker. Sharon is further survived by 12 grandchildren many great grandchildren other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Grandmother Florence Weinburg, brother Timothy Baker, nephew Ricky (Little Ricky) Muniz, and a great niece Gianna Cosey. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday August 13, 2014 at 7 p.m. in St.Patrick Catholic Church 1100 Erie St., Fr. Antony Thomas officiating. The family will receive guests on Wednesday from 5 p.m. until the time of Mass in the church.;
