Carolyn J. Cameron

CAROLYN J. CAMERON 58 passed away peacefully on Tuesday evening February 19, 2013 in the comfort of her home following a short illness. She was born November 14, 1954 in Racine the daughter of Margaret Cameron. Carolyn was a graduate of Horlick High School, worked as a care giver and was a member of Wayman AME Church. She enjoyed floral designing, watching football as a Packer fan, cooking and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Survivors include her children Catrina (Gerald) Cameron, and Marquain (Quetta) Cameron. She also raised Staresha, Veronica, and Markeon Cameron. Carolyn was grandmother to Sylvia, Shakela, Siera, Sherman, Julius, Keara, Sanisha, Deja, Markela, Arion, Tashanti, Demario, Caron, and Decari, and 3 great grandchildren with one on the way, sisters Patsy (Fred) Tittsworth, Diane (John) Kennedy, Terri Thomas, Kimberly Cameron, Jennifer Cameron, and Diane Johnson, brothers Ricky (Patricia) Cameron, and Pastor Randy (Lisa) Cameron, her aunt, Liillie Cameron, and a special cousin Shirley Bell. Carolyn is further survived by many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends, especially Timothy Smith and George Nicks. She was preceded in death by her mother, grandparents Robert and Willie Cameron, and special uncles Robert, and Willie Earl Cameron. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday February 26, 2013 at 11 a.m. in Wayman AME Church, 424 N. Memorial Dr., Pastor Ernest Garrison officiating. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday in church from 10am until time of services.;
