Patricia Ann Couillard

Patricia Ann Couillard was born to Eternal Life at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday July 27, 2014. Patricia is survived by her loving children; Scott Shimek, Philip, Bryan, Robin, and Sean Couillard. Patricia also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren; Alicia, Aimee, Veronica, Jesse, Erica, Lisa, and Rachel. Patricia was a loving mother and grandmother with a huge heart. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at Lake Michigan, followed by a Celebration of Life in Albanese Road House in Waukesha.
