William Perry Beachem Jr., age 71, passed away on November 20, 2023 at Ridgewood Care Center in Racine, WI. He was born on September 1, 1952 in Chicago, Il, the son of William Perry and Electra Mae (Nee: Lee) Beachem Sr.  William was united in marriage to Barbara Renee Anderson on October 3, 1975 who preceded him in death on November 17, 2017. He was a man of many talents, he drove school buses and semi-trucks, in his spare time you could also find him working on cars  and grilling out. He had a passion for playing the bass guitar as well as  singing, and he even taught people how to sing. William cherished his relationship with God, and it showed by using his gifts as a musician and singer to worship, but most of all he enjoyed being around his family.   William is survived by his four biological sons, William Perry Anderson, Emmanuel Lanell Beachem, Nicholas Lanerd (Janet) Beachem and Thaddeus Wendell Beachem.  William also accepted another boy, Marvin Bryant Anderson into his life.  He will also be deeply missed by his grandchildren Elektra Beachem, Ceisha Shyerisha Beachem, Emmanuel Lanell Beachem, Jr., Marshelle Beachem, evia Patricia Beachem, Thaddeus Beachem, Jr. Sadarrio Beachem, Mattress Beachem and K’etrell Miller along with his great grandchildren Navayla Turner, Jordan Turner and Desire Beachem.  His will also be missed by his brother and sisters Gwendolyn Davis, Walter and Catherine R. Johnson, Jr., Delwin and Lynell Johnson, Craig and Vanessa Johnson, Lawrence  Johnson, Electra and David Jones and Kevin Beachem along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  William was preceded in death by his wife Barbara, father William Perry, Sr., brother Lenell Johnson and great grandson Jermaine Roby.  Funeral services will be held Friday, December 8, 2023 at Strouf Funeral Home, 1001 High Street, Racine at 1:00 p.m.  The family will receive guests at the funeral Home on Friday, December 8, 2023 from 12:00 until the time of service.
