Shahara L. Foxie-Ahmad, age 40 of Racine, WI entered into eternal life on May 1st, 2018. She is the daughter of David D. Billups and Kyra M. Foxie. Shahara worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She will be deeply missed by her mother, Kyra M. Ahmad, her fiancée Kevin East, Stepmother Darline Billups, 2 children Marika (Justin Carter) Foxie and David (Maekayla McCoy) Sutton, 4 grandchildren Brayden, Cartier, Naomi, Justin Jr., 3 sisters Takeisha Petty, Crystal Petty, and Ivory Billups as well as special cousin Danuell Goines and special friends Kenneth Sutton, Silas Woods, Angelo Merritt, Effica Jenkins as well as other relatives, family, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father David, 1 sister Toni Petty and her 4 grandparents. Funeral service will be private for the family
