Rose M. Drewek age 90 passed away Wednesday morning January 13, 2016 in Lake Country Health Care Center in the Town of Summit. She was born October 29, 1925 in Milwaukee the youngest daughter of Joseph and Katherine (nee: Turek) Pyter. Rose married Ray J. Drewek in 1948 in Milwaukee. He passed away in 1998. She was employed at Nicolet High School as a teaching assistant and was a long time member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. Survivors include her devoted son David, her grandson Christopher (Maureen) MacVane, 3 great grandchildren, Abigale, Ella, and Alexander MacVane, and a sister-in-law Esther Pyter, along with nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Rose was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ray, her daughter Kathy “Cass” MacVane and an infant daughter. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday January 19, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. in St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church 3970 N. 92nd St. Milwaukee. Private entombment will be in Resurrection Cemetery. The family will receive guests in the church on Tuesday from 3:30 p.m. until the time of the Mass.
