ROSE A. DAHER 82 passed away on Monday afternoon April 1, 2013 in her home. She was born October 16, 1930 in Romeo, MI the daughter of Peter and Barbara (nee: Schultz) Tabar. Rose married Alfred Daher on April 14, 1950 in Racine. He passed away February 27, 1971. A homemaker, Rose also worked as a bookkeeper for Waste Management for a number of years. She was also a member of Atonement Lutheran Church. Rose enjoyed visiting casinos, playing golf and was a member of the Washington Park Wednesday Morning League, and bowling as a member of the Court Jesters. Survivors include three children; Robert Daher, Cynthia (Charles) George, and William (Laura) Daher, 7 grandchildren, Robert (Kasey) Daher Jr., Michael (Heather) Daher, Tamara Buffham, Sharon (Eric) Schoene, Charles (Cassie) George Jr., Nicole (Kevin) Newville, and William Daher II, 10 grandchildren Jaisyn, Piper, Lightning, Spirit, Eric, Lindsay, Kacie, Elija, Jeremiah, and Lilianna. Rose is further survived by a sister Barbara Filber, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Alfred, a grandson Jason and 4 brothers. Funeral Services will be Saturday April 6, 2013 10 a.m. in Atonement Lutheran Church 2915 Wright Ave., Pastor Warren Williams officiating. Burial will follow in West Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive guests on Friday in the church from 4-7 p.m. Rose had a passion for knitting.
