Pablo Rios Moreno, 96, passed away on Monday, September 18, 2023 with his loved ones by his side. Pablo was born on March 17,1927 in Millet, TX the son of  Juan and Cresencia Moreno. On December 18, 1948 he married Maria Nee: Rodriguez at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Racine. He had a love of playing baseball and was known to be on one of the first semi-pro Mexican baseball team. Pablo loved music , enjoying playing the guitar and singing with his brothers. In his spare time, he would like to fish and work on cars.  He will be deeply missed by his wife of 74 years, Mary Moreno, one daughter Linda Moreno along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren. He will also be missed by one brother, Juan (Delores) Moreno, as well as nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, one son, Paul “Buddy” , one grandson, Paulie, 8 brothers and 3 sisters. A Mass of Christian  Burial will be held for Pablo on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Racine. The family will receive guests on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church until the start of service. Interment will follow at Holy  Cross on Hwy 32 in Racine.
