Brandon T. Oates-Carson, 21 passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 10, 2023 at Ascension All Saints Hospital. Brandon was born in Wayne, Michigan on November 6, 2001, the son of Herman Carson and Adryan Oates-Carson. Brandon was wise beyond his years since childhood. He always had a big smile on his face and a big heart and went out of his way to help people. He was very artistic, he enjoyed writing poetry, drawing animals, scenes, etc. with chalk and pencil. He also loved making music, especially rap. He also loved to read, his favorites were mystery and sci-fi. He enjoyed going for walks, participating in football and soccer and was a good swimmer. Brandon also enjoyed fishing and kept a few betas around. He will be deeply missed by his parents Herman and Adryan Grandfather Dudley, Grandmother Nona Shirley, special “brother” Ulysses, Aunt Meree and family and Aunt and Uncle Jacklyne and Curtis, Grandmother Bernice and Godson King, Aunt Lynn and her family, Aunt Makeshia, cousin Nicky and family, along with aunts, uncles, cousins, siblings, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by cousin Joseph, Great-Grandmother Erma and Great-Great -Grandmother Mattie. A memorial service for Brandon will be held Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Trinity United Baptist Church, 306 5th Street, Racine at 11:00 a.m.
