Joe Henry Garcia, 77, of Racine, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020 at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Joe was born on April 18, 1943 in Austin, Texas, the son of Jimmie and Eleanor Garcia. Joe married Maria L. Bazan in Racine, Wisconsin. He retired from Case as a Fork Lifter Operator. Joe liked to play pool, play jokes on people and enjoyed playing bingo. He enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and cleaning up the block. He also liked to play on his computer. More than anything he loved to watch his grandkids play sports and spend time with them. Joe will be deeply missed by his wife Maria, and children Gilbert, Hilda (Albert), Arnold (Marta), Nora (Alex), Joe Jr., and Chris (Jodi). He will be dearly missed by his brother John (Elida) and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. He is survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Joe is preceded in death by his parents Jimmie and Eleanor, sister Olivia, brother Jim, and daughter Sylvia. Funeral Services for Joe will be held on Friday, December 18, 2020 at the funeral home at 5 p.m. The family will receive guests from 4 p.m. until time of service. Burial is private per Joe’s wishes.
