Jack Gursky, 88, of Racine passed away Tuesday September 13, 2017 in his home. He was born June 9, 1929 in Racine, the son of William and Lillian (Nee: Dolezal) Gursky. Jack married Mae Lepow on July 12, 1953 in St. Rose Church of Racine. A electrician for J.I. Case and a Navy Veteran, Jack loved to fish, spend time with his family and once a year when his kids were in school take a vacation trip across the nation in the month of August. Jack also took pride on the house that he and Mae lived in, because he built it with his own two hands. Jack leaves behind his beloved wife of 65 years Mae, 3 children Marilyn (Rick) Lashley, David (Debbie) Gursky and Jon (Tracy) Gursky along with 5 grandchildren Justin, Jessica, Gregory, Dakota, Hannah and 3 great-grandchildren, Lilly, Calab and Hudson. He also leaves behind 1 brother Tom Gursky and other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. A private family service and burial were held for Jack per his wishes.
