Ingrid Maria Howard, 75, of Racine, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2020 at home. She was born February 23, 1944 in Aschaffenburg, Bavaria, Germany. Born the daughter of Karl Scheidter. She married David Roy Howard in 1964. Ingrid liked to play cards, knit, crochet and especially enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers play football. Most of all she cherished the time spent with her children and grandchildren as well as her dogs Buddy and Molly. Ingrid will be deeply missed by her daughters Monika Howard, Brigette (Daniel) Zavala, and Karin Howard, step-daughter Kristine Favaro and step-son Jeffery Howard. Also, she will be deeply missed by fourteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Ingrid is preceded in death by her father Karl, husband David, son David, and great-grandson Arkaydin. Funeral Services for Ingrid will be held on Monday, February 10, 2020 at Strouf Funeral Home at 1 p.m. The family will receive guests on Monday, February 10, 2020 at the funeral home from 12 p.m. until the time of service. Deacon Steve Kramer officiating. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.

My deepest condolences to you all. Ingrid was always a very joyful and funny person. She was the BEST employee that Infusinos could and would EVER have. When my mom, dad, or I would go there, we would always ask to sit where Ingrid was working because we wanted to give her a big tip because she always worked so very hard and was always a very kind, pleasant and funny person. We also just loved that German accent, attitude, and tenacity. Rest in peace Ingrid. So sorry.
