Frank Joe Rosalez 62 passed away Monday morning November 10, 2014 in Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Medical Center. He was born September 5, 1952 in Bexar County, Texas. He was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and caring friend. He was raised by three loving families. He was a member of St. Lucy’s Parish, and was a Dallas Cowboy’s fan, loved Tejano music, dancing, golfing, cookouts, and going to the casinos. Frank is survived by his loving wife Gloria “Consepcion” Rosalez, and was the proud father of Margaret (John) Flores, Della (Richard) Perez, Cathy (Scott) Aviles, September Marshall, Diana (Tarale) Stills, and Christina Rosalez. He had many grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Frank will be dearly missed by all who knew him and loved him. He loved to strike up a conversation with anyone he came in contact with. That’s just the type of person he was. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday November 14, 2014 at 10 a.m. in St. Lucy’s Catholic Church 3101 Drexel Ave., Fr. Mark Jones officiating. Burial will follow in West Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive guests on Thursday in Strouf Funeral Home from 5-7 pm, and on Friday in Church from 9:30 am until the time of Mass at 10 am.;
