Emmett Lucus Blount touched our hearts for a few hours before his passing. Emmett was born June 11, 2016 and passed June 12,2016 in Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Hospital. He will be deeply missed by his parents Beverlee Casperson and Mark Blount, and one brother Nicholas Blount. Two sets of grandparents, Grandma and Grandpa Casperson and Grandma and Grandpa Blount and his great-grandparents, Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa Heiser along with many aunts, uncles and other relatives. Emmett was preceded in death by one brother George Blount. The family would like to give a special thank you to the NICU nurses for their care and compassion for Emmett. A memorial service will take place Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 2 pm in Strouf Funeral Home, Deacon Steve Kramer officiating. The family will receive guests Wednesday, June 22, 2016 from 1 pm until the time of service. Burial will be private for the family.
