Diann Aslani, 56, of Racine, passed away at Aurora Medical Center in Kenosha on Friday, May 5, 2023. Diann was born in Racine on June 17, 1966, the daughter of George and Ruth Aslani. Diann enjoyed working as a store clerk at Kwik Trip, going out to eat as often as possible, bowling, but most of all she loved spending time with her friends and family. Diann will be deeply missed by her daughter Angelica Aslani, sisters Dorothy Ertel, Debbie (Marten) Ellis and cousin Lydia Aslani. She will also be missed by her nieces and nephews, Ruthie and Gerald Cotton, Joshua, Samantha and Jeramy Ellis and many more. “Special thanks to friends Kelly, Allen, Ellen and all the Kwik Trip family. Thank you for everything you all have done to make Diann happy. From Diane and Maria”. Diann was preceded in death by her parents, brother Raymond Aslani along with aunts and uncles. A graveside memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. on West Lawn Memorial Park, 9000 Washington Avenue.

I will miss you Aunti, I remember coming down too the pizza place when we visited, always making sure I was staying out of trouble. I know you’re up there with Daddy Ray now having the time of your life.
This is a sad event for me but I know you are with God and no more pain and suffering. I moved away but I always enjoyed coming back to see you and enjoy the loaves of bread you would make. when we meet again I know you will have a big feast with all the fixings. Thank you for being my friend and i will miss you dearly.
