Willie- Mae (nee: Williams) Davidson, 77, passed away on Wednesday, June 22,2022. Willie Mae was born on April 23, 1945 in Mississippi, the daughter of the late Thornton and Josephine (Nee: Cole) Williams. Willie Mae was employed as a Nursing Assistant for many years where she enjoyed caring for her patients. Willie was married to Frankie Davidson, who preceded her in death. Willie loved traveling, her favorite place was Chicago, Illinois in the summertime admiring the scenery. Most of all Willie Mae loved being around her family and friends. Willie Mae will be deeply missed by her children, La-Mont (Taffey) Williams, Frankie Davidson, Nakia Davidson, and Shaquana Davidson, one sister Lillie DeLoach, a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Willie Mae is preceded in death by her parents, Thornton and Josephine, her husband Frankie Sr., her sisters, Shirley Greer, Celestine Johnson, Josephine Thompson, Cora Jones, brothers, Thornton Jr, Paul Williams and Johnnell Williams. A Memorial service celebrating the life of Willie Mae will be held on Saturday, July 23,2022 at 12:00 P.M. at Strouf Funeral Home. The family will welcome guests at the Funeral home on Saturday, July 23,2022 at 11:00 A.M. until the time of service
