David Bruce Gamble, 72, of Racine, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 4, 1948 in Springfield, Ohio. Born the son of John Jacob Gamble and Jane Wilson Brodbeck. He married Sharon Eleanore Melville on June 29, 1974 in Battle Creek, Michigan. David served in the United States Army. He belonged to The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints. David loved to spend time with his family, he was full of life. He liked to play toys with his grandchildren. He enjoyed reading, cooking, watching t.v., and shopping. He was a choco-holic; had a sweet tooth. David will be deeply missed by his wife Sharon Eleanore Gamble, and daughters Toni Kay (Ralf) Lawrence and Teri Lee Gamble (Significant Other, Kenneth Reitzel). He will be dearly missed by his grandchildren J.R. Reitzel, D.J. Reitzel, Elena Reitzel, and Sadie Reitzel, as well as his brother Larry Gamble. He is survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. David is preceded in death by his parents John and Jane Gamble, three brothers Kenneth, John, and Jimmie Gamble, father-in-law Edward Melville, mother-in-law Ada Melville, and brother-in-law Fredrick Melville.
