Elizabeth Mateo, 27, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2024. Elizabeth was born February 7, 1996 in California, the daughter of Israel and Floriana (NEE: Ruiz) Mateo. Elizabeth loved to experiment with different cosmetics as well as dying and styling her hair and when all made up, she loved going out. She was a spitfire of a gal and was very straightforward and spoke her mind. Most of all she enjoyed spending time and shopping with her children. Elizabeth will be deeply missed by her parents, her daughter Ezelia and son Juan along with her sister Jennifer and brother Carlos and Godparents Yolanda and Raul Luis. She will also be missed by cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 1100 Erie Street, on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. The family will receive guests in the church from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday, January 30, 2024. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
