Douglas Deel Szeklinski, 67, of Racine, passed away unexpectedly on September 26th, 2018. Douglas was extremely loving and caring. A Vietnam Veteran in the United States Army, Douglas worked as an electrician for Case Tractor in Racine. Douglas will be deeply missed by his daughter Cheralynn (Chris Ebner) Szeklinski and granddaughter Caitlyn Ebner. He was preceded in death by his father Douglas George Szeklinski and mother Mary Ann Szeklinski. Private funeral services and burial were held for the family, per Douglas’ wishes.

Dear Doug’s family,
Doug was a kind, caring and funny guy that I met at Golden Corral. He will be sadly missed by all his friends and waitresses at Golden Corral. It’s hard to believe he has left this earth, when we just saw him at GC five short days before his passing. He is at peace now.
Today marks a year you’ve been gone. Not a day has gone by that we dont think about you and how caring and loving you were. We miss you so much dad. All i have to say is, “You should be here!”. I love you dad and miss you!
