Lily Ventura-Samarin, 22, passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2018. Lily was born May 10, 1996 in Inglewood, CA, the daughter of Pedro and Liliana (nee: Samarin) Ventura. Lily was working as a teller at Educators Credit Union and loved her job. Lily had a very bright and loving personality. She loved being with her family and friends. Lily always had time for everyone. She was an amazing daughter, sister and aunt. She will be deeply missed by her parents Pedro and Liliana, 1 sister Ruby (Gerardo) Barba, 3 brothers Pedro, Jr., Andres and Max. She will also be missed by 1 neice Estreya and 1 nephew Junior, grandmothers Arcelia and Esperanza as well as lots of family and friends. She was preceded by 1 great-grandmother Nana Cruz and 1 uncle Cesar Ventura and family. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at the Strouf Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. The family will receive guests at the Funeral Home from 8:00 a.m. until the time of Service. Burial will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park.
