Wanda Jean Warf

Wanda Jean Warf, 63 passed away Wednesday May 13, 2015 at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa. She was born in Racine on Oct. 8, 1951, the daughter of Ernest Sr. and Bernice (Nee: Hoffman) Harmsen. Wanda married Robert Warf on June 25, 1971 and worked for Racine Unified for 27 years retiring in 2012. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Robert, 2 sons Brandon and Shayne, of Racine. 3 brothers, Ernest Harmsen Jr. of Dyersburg TN. Emil (Susan) Harmsen of Pleasant Prairie, WI. Jeff (Bonita) Harmsen of Mauston, WI. 2 sisters Debra Harmsen, and Robin (Dennis) Langenfeld of Racine, and 1 grandson Ryon Warf of Mount Pleasant, WI, and three brothers-in-law; Edward (Gladys) Warf of Ewing, VA, David (Sarah) Warf of Cumberland Gap, TN, and Hobert (Jean) Warf of Kailua, HI. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 son Chad of Racine, 1 brother Kenneth Harmsen of Berlin WI. and In-laws Richard and Edna Warf of Ewing VA.1 brother-in law Austin Warf of Cumberland Gap TN. and 1 nephew David Harmsen of Sumner IA. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends and 2 very special and dear friend’s Dennis and Carrie Slater. Services will be Thursday May 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m in Strouf Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in the Town of Raymond. The family will receive guests Wednesday May 20, 2015 from 5-7 p.m. and Thursday May 21, 2015 from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services.
