Susan Margaret Morones, 63, of Racine, passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Ascension All Saints Hospital. She was born on January 12, 1959 in Racine, Wisconsin. Born the daughter of John and Mary (Nee: Garibay) Morones. Susan enjoyed spending time outdoors, whether it was a bike ride, going for a walk, or spending some time with family barbequing. Susan had a fascination with lions; she liked to collect trinkets and loved them in  their entirety. More than anything, she cherished her daughters and grandchildren. Susan will be dearly missed by her daughters LaToya Morones and Candace Canady. She will be deeply missed by grandchildren Da’Zhur, Byron, Akeilah, and Cavandre, as well as sisters Janie, Mary “Lana”, Millie, Mary “Lena”, and Patricia “Betha”, and brothers Tony and Ray. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Susan is predeceased by her parents John and Mary. Funeral Services for Susan will be held on Friday, February 4, 2022 at Strouf Funeral Home at 1 p.m. The family will receive guests on Friday 4, 2022 at the funeral home from 12 p.m. until time of service. Burial is private per Susan’s wishes.
