Sheila Wells, 60, of Racine, passed away on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Ascension All Saints Hospital. She was born on October 7, 1960 in Racine, Wisconsin. Born the daughter of Arthur and Eliza (Nee: Overstreet) Wells. Sheila enjoyed cooking and cleaning. She loved to collect trinkets and knickknacks of angels and dolls. She spent her free time exploring thrift shops and going to rummage sales. She lived life to the fullest and was thankful for each day. Sheila found God at a very young age and dedicated her life to the Lord. Sheila will be dearly missed by Wayne Jackson whom they shared a special connection and son Deondra. She will be deeply missed by sisters Patricia, Willie Mae, and LaTonia, and brothers Michael, Oscar, and Albert. She is survived by one grandson Bryson. Sheila is preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Eliza, sisters Juanita, Cynthia, and Ida Mae, and brother Eddie. Memorial Services for Sheila will be held on Friday, October 15, 2021 at Strouf Funeral Home at 1:30 p.m. The family will receive guests on Friday, October 15, 2021 at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be held privately for the family to honor Sheila’s wishes. Repass at 2321 Olive St. from 4 p.m.-7 p.m. for family members.

Oh, this is so sad to hear. I’ll miss you Sheila. I’ve always been your friend. I’m glad that you found God, so did I. I have my Master’s in Christian Ministry now. To your family: I know you are all wondering who I am, but you know me, Julie (Michael’s Julie). I grew up with you all and was there when Juanita died.
