Rafael Lopez-Rojas, 40, passed away Saturday, February 18, 2025 at Ascension-All Saints Hospital in Racine surrounded by his family. Rafael was born in Mexico, April 2, 1984, the son of Joaquin F. Lopez and Adelita Rojas. Rafael was a happy-go-lucky guy and loved spending time with his family and friends. He also loved spending time and playing with his nieces and nephews. Rafael will be deeply missed by his parents Joaquin and Adelita along with his brothers Cesar Lopez-Rojas, Neftali Lopez-Rojas and his sister Lucero Lopez-Rojas. He will also be deeply missed by his niece Tania and nephews, Mario, Julio, Rolando, Uriel, Gael and Dylan along with aunts, uncles other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. Funeral services for Rafael will be held Friday, February 28, 2025 in Emmaus Lutheran Church, 1925 Summit Avenue, Racine at 12:00 p.m. The family will receive guests in the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery on Kinzie at 1:45 p.m.
