Peter Allan Hoople

Peter Allan Hoople 69 passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday evening September 10, 2013 in Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Medical Center. He was born December 13, 1943 in East Chicago, Indiana to Mary Ives Hoople. Pete worked many years as a welder for railroads but in recent years, in maintenance for the Salvation Army and the Urban League. Survivors include his long time companion Jean Graham of Racine and a brother Nelson Hoople of Florida. Pete is further survived by other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Friends are invited to gather on Thursday, September 19, 2013 from 5-6 pm in Strouf Funeral Home, where a Service of Remembrance and Thanksgiving for Pete’s life will be held at 6 p.m. Burial will be private.;
