Marlene Marie Henry, 83, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2017 at her home. She was born October 3, 1934 in Menomonie, WI, the daughter of Merle and Myrtle Henry. Marlene was a huge animal lover and took care of and loved her own pets. Because of her love of animals, she joined organizations like P.I.T.A. so she could help them. She enjoyed painting and camping, but most of all, she enjoyed driving school bus for the Racine Unified School District. She also enjoyed Charter bus driving and taking children to camp on weekends. She will be deeply missed by her 3 children, Sheree LeGrand, Bud (Nanci) Stacy and Wayne Smith, along with her 6 grandchildren, David, Buddy, Cori, Gordy, Emily and Arielle and 7 great-grandchildren, Nathan, Sydney, Aiden, JoJo, Lilliana, Gordon and Nicholas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother Merle, and 3 sisters, Gladys, Mabel and Edith. Private family funeral services and burial were held upon Marlene’s wishes.
