MaDolores Martinez De Lopez, 74, passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at her residence. She was born on February 22, 1950, in Mexico the daughter of the late Mardonio and Ruperta (Nee: Ramirez) Martinez. MaDolores was married to Genaro Lopez, who preceded her in death on October 29,2017. When she lived in Mexico she loved to care for her animals, she was known to be a great cook and loved to plant flowers. MaDolores was very religious and loved the Lord. She will be deeply missed by her seven children, Lorena Lopez, Maria Paz Lopez (Arnulfo Castillo), Carlos Lopez(Sonia Lira), Genaro Lopez (Maria Elena Soto), Javier Lopez (Miriam Medina), Jaime Lopez(Miriam Flores) and Celia Lopez (Armando Ruiz), as well as her grandchildren. She was also be missed by her siblings, Maria, Fernando, Amador, Margarita, Eduarda, Diego, Rogelio, and Salvador, as well as nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. MaDolores is preceded in death by her parents, Mardino and Ruperta and her husband Genaro. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for MaDolores on Wednesday, April 17,2024 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Racine. The family will welcome guests to St. Patrick’s on April 17, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. until the start of Mass. Burial will follow at Holy Cross on Hwy 32 in Racine.
