Kim Rangel, 68, passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at Ascension All Saints Hospital in Franklin. Kim was born December 12, 1954 in Racine, the daughter of Eugene and Mary Jean (Nee: Brown) Krakis. On November 15, 1995 Kim married Theodore Rangel. Kim was a bus driver for the Racine Unified School District. Kim had many varied interests, she loved spending time in her garden raising flowers and vegetables, traveling different places in Wisconsin and really enjoyed going to car shows with her husband Teddy. Kim absolutely enjoyed spending time during the year shopping for Christmas gifts for her family. She will be deeply missed by her husband Theodore, children Jamie Jackley, Chantley (Vicky) Jackley and Becky (Andrew) Morales along with her 9 grandchildren Brandon, Ayden, Vanessa, Martin, gilbert, Monica, Dionna, Andrew and Rosali and a sister Kari. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Kim was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sons Tony and Shawn and two sisters. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, October 25, 2023 in Strouf Funeral Home at 7:00 p.m. The family will receive guests on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 in Strouf Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service.

Oh Teddy, I am so sorry for your loss. That is a beautiful photo of Kimmy. Her beautiful heart and kind nature shows in that smile. I hope you and the whole family will find peace in and comfort knowing she is resting in peace and was loved and gave love all of her life. May God rest her precious soul.

My thought go out to to the Teddy Rangel, Jamie, and Spike and the rest of the family. I alway enjoyed seeing Kim and Teddy. Of coarse has families grow we seen less of each other unless we ran into each others at Menards. I am sadden of the news, and once again thinking of you in this time of sadness.
