Jeanne S. Petkunas

Jeanne S. Petkunas 56 passed away Thursday morning May 28, 2015 at Brookside Care Center at Kenosha. She was born December 16, 1958 in Racine the daughter of Joseph and Eva (nee: Malczinski) Petkunas. Jeanne was a member of St. Richard’s Catholic Church. She enjoyed rummage sales but lived her life for her son Joey and also being a great aunt. Survivors include her son Joey (Courtney) Petkunas, her grandson Merritt Petkunas, her sister Maria (Tony) Kivenas, a niece Andrea Kivenas, a nephew Nick (Amanda) Kivenas, and great nieces and nephews Darien, Devin, Lukas, and Ella, along with other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday June 6, 2015 at 10:30 a.m in St. Richard of Chichester Catholic Church, 1503 Grand Ave., Fr. Ron Gramza officiating. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery on Highway 32. The family will receive guests on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass in St. Richard’s Chruch.;
