Donald James Magee, 72, of Racine passed away in his home Friday, March 17, 2017. Donald was born November 2, 1944 in Racine, the son of William and Valerie (Nee: Jacobs) Magee. A college graduate from UCLA, Don was a manager for various food markets. An Army veteran, Donald proudly served his country during the Vietnam War from 1964-1970. Donald loved playing golf, racing cars and watching T.V. in his spare time. But one of his most favorite things to do was to listen to classic rock-n-roll. He will be deeply missed by his brother John Magee and 1 nephew, Barry (Marla) Magee. Don is also survived by other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother William Charles Magee. Funeral prayers and burial will take place on Friday March 31, 2017 at 9 am in Holy Cross Cemetery on HWY 32.

Donald and John Kelley Magee has wonderful life together, until Donald went to Army in late 1964. then in 1965 to 1968 Donald went to Viet Nam, then came back to United States, then in 1970, Donald discharge. then Donald began to lived in L.A. area. in 1977, she found a nice looking man, her name is Mira Lee, from Texas, then she want to marry Donald, then lived together in Van Nye, California. then in 1980 Donald begin to change his life to Mental illness. then in 1981, Mira Lee began to file divorced. then my parent begin to help Donald to come home to Wisconsin.
Donald become illness suffering from Agent Orange in Viet Nam war. then in 2017, Donald DIED in March of 2017 . Donald has a good life before he went to Viet Nam.
