Dolores Mae Foster, age 99, passed away peacefully at home with her daughters by her side on Friday, December 8, 2023. Dolores was born on February 17,1924 in Racine, the daughter of the late Martin and Martha (Nee:Andersen) Singer. On March 24, 1945 she married Eugene Galipeau and to this union five children were born. On June 4, 1966 Dolores married Clyde Foster Jr., who preceded her in death. Dolores was a very talented lady, she exceled at everything she put her mind to, some of her talents include painting, quilting and sewing. She was known to be a very feisty woman who was a fantastic cook. Her family is sure heaven is starting to become adjusted now that Dolores is there. She will be deeply missed by her four children, Kathy Hernandez, Martha (Roy) Cacciotti, Jeffery(Kim) Galipeau and David (Kelly) Galipeau, grandchildren, Michele (Mark) Williamson, Tracy (Bryan) Jennings, Ryan Hernandez, Mark (Casey) Hernandez , Mckenzie Hernandez, Jody Cacciotti, Jennifer(Tonja) Cacciotti, Jayne(Ed) Kirt, Joy (Joey Jr.) Christian, Sarah (Paul) Gapinski, Mathew Galipeau, Nicole Galipeau and Danielle Galipeau. She will also be missed by her Great-grandchildren, and great -great grandchildren too numerous to name as well as nieces nephews relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, Dolores is preceded in death by her husbands, Eugene Galipeau and Clyde Foster Jr., her son Rodger Galipeau, great grandson Andrew Christian, son-in-law Daniel Hernandez, brother, Gilbert Singer and two sisters, Helen Kraftzenk and Laurine Dixon. Per Dolores’s wishes, private funeral and burial were held.
