David John Wodicka,61, passed away at his residence surrounded by his family on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 . David was born in Racine, WI on October 20,1962 the son of the late Charles Wodicka and Jane (Nee:Donnell) Byng. He was a life long resident of Racine, he graduated from Walden III High School.
On August 6,1994, David united in marriage to Rose Wenner and to this union, Alyssa, their only daughter was born. He was employed as a Meter Reader for the Wisconsin Electric Service , in his spare time David loved the outdoors, whether he was fishing, AC Boating, or even gardening in his yard ,he enjoyed every moment of it. He also loved to work and race model cars, fixing computers and enjoying doing wood work, but most of all, David enjoyed every moment he spent with his precious family.
Left to mourn his passing is his wife of 29 years, Rose and his daughter Alyssa(Alex) and his two grandchildren Phoebe and Landon. He will also be deeply missed by his siblings, Brian (Sue), Tom (Mary Jo), and Jim(Sue), as well as nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. David is preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial Service to honor David’s life will be held on Tuesday, May 7 2024 at 3:30 P.M., at Faith Bridge Church, located at 10402 Northwestern Ave Franksville, WI 53126, Rev. Dr. Dave Blackmer officiating. The family will receive guests at the church from 2:00 P.M. until the start of service.

Rosie so sorry 😞 for your loss, Dave was a good person so sorry he got cancer,we never know when our number is going to be called so live your life everyday like it’s your last.
