Bernard Barbasiewicz, 88, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2020 at Clifden Court Assisted Living in Greendale, Wisconsin. Bernard was born on June 29, 1931 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Born the son of Bruno and Lorraine Budny. He married the late Patricia Brzenk on June 15, 1958. He worked as an inspector at Spark Plug Company Automotive and served in the Air Force during WWII. Bernie liked guns, operating ham radio, anything electronic, and enjoyed taking everything apart and would make items function better. Bernard will be deeply missed by his daughter Nancy (Richard) Kantak, six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, two brothers, and two sisters. He is survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Bernie is preceded in death by his parents Bruno and Lorraine and his wife Patricia. Private family services were held per Bernie’s wishes.
