Tincie Mae Mays-Minor, 66, of Racine, went to Jesus on June 11, 2024 due to illness.  She was born July 26, 1957 in Chicago, IL the daughter of William and Johnnie Mays.  She married her husband David Minor in 1986 in Zion, IL.  Tincie loved her children, she would always take care of them before she took care of herself.  She also loved animals and above all she loved Jesus.  She became a Minister, volunteering as a Chaplain for the hospital.  While there she touched a lot of hearts while serving.  Tincie was very generous, always believing it is better to give than to receive.  She donated to various churches and organizations. In addition to her ministering, she worked at various jobs, a vet assistant, CNA, store clerk, etc.  She received many praises for her gift of giving.  She made it her mission to spread the word of Jesus.  Tincie will truly be deeply missed by her husband David Minor, her children Phillip, Veronica (David) Tent and Quiana, in-laws Dwan, Tyrone, Sheila, Rosalind, Lisa, Angela and Francesca along with a host of other family and friends.  She was truly a blessing to all who knew her.
