Maurice Anthony Corrie, 37, passed away in Milwaukee, WI on Saturday, March 14, 2026. Maurice was born in Racine on September 5, 1988 the son of Maurice Corrie and Juanita Petersen. Maurice enjoyed playing chess and video games and hanging out with his friends. He will be greatly missed by his mother Juanita Petersen and his father Maurice (Jackie) Corrie, his sister Christina Corrie and brother Aaron Petersen. He will also be missed by his uncles Charles (Yolanda) Corrie and Jose (Dreams) Ramirez and his cousins Sabrina, Amanda, Kristina, Areania, Tyler, Faith, Sol, Rain, William, Wallace, Jacob and Gracie, along with other relatives and friends. A memorial gathering will be held for Maurice, Friday, March 27, 2026 in Strouf Funeral Home, 1001 High Street, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
