Elliott V. Manke, aged 64, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at Ascension Hospital in Racine. Born in Racine to Carl and Mildred (Ludwigsen), Elliott also lived briefly in Garden City, Kansas, and Boulder City, Nevada.

Elliott is survived by his daughter, Krystal Manke of Milwaukee, and two stepsons, Starsius (Alexis) Barnes and Jamie (Clarissa) Barnes. He is also remembered by his sisters, Valerie (Gary) Nelson of Kenosha, Wisconsin, and Melanie Barclay of Houston, Texas; and two brothers, Dennis (Kay) Manke of Kenosha, and Ronald (Sharon) Manke of La Vale, Maryland.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wives, Eunice Manke and Johnnie Mae Manke, and his brother, Russell Manke.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 30th, at 2 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Visitation will begin at 1 PM and continue until the time of the service.
