Doris J. Fuller was born September 10, 1944 in Marked Tree, Arkansas to the late Queenie V. Barker and the late Buddy Williamson. She was united in marriage to Joe Fuller who proceeded her in death. Doris worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years at Savannah Nursing Home in Marked Tree, Arkansas. She enjoyed fishing, going to Dairy queen and trips to Potawatomi Casino, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. She leaves to cherish her memories, her children Linda, ODell, Gwen, Pamela Barker and her twin sister Delcene Smith. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Lance, Terrance, Lashawn, Desmond, Ketica, Robert, Shaunta, Lamont, Alexandra, Octavia, Shacorya, Sean, Nijel, Cormarion, Coriana, Jamarcus and Gelen along with her 51 great-children. Besides her parents and husband, Doris was preceded in death by her daughter Patricia and son Walter, two sisters, Carolyn Watkins and Evelyn Barker , two brothers, O.B. Barker and Watson Barker, Sr., her grandmother Hattie B. Wells and one grandson, Justin Barker. Funeral Services for Doris will be held in New Omega Missionary Baptist Church, 5731 Northwestern Avenue on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. The family will receive guests at the church on Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Reverend Fred L. Richmond, Sr. officiating.
