Danyell Hollimon, 52, passed away Sunday, October 13, 2024 at Ascension All Saints Hospital, Racine. Danyell was born August 13, 1972 in Racine, the son of Darnell Henley and Effie (NEE: Hollimon) Miller.
Danyell graduated from William Horlick High School. Danyell served with the United States Navy and was a Certified Nursing Aid at Ridgewood Nursing Home for the past 20 years. He enjoyed watching football, playing cards and bowling. Danyell will be deeply missed by his mother Effie, stepfather John Miller, son Issac, brother Phillip, the mother of his son, Maria, stepdaughter Marisa, granddaughter Liliana and grandson Colton. He will also be missed by his aunts Elie (Tom), Marget, Joyce and Kim and uncles Jerry (Abraj), Jesse and John along with nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Danyell was preceded in death by his father Darnell, grandparents Charles and Beluah and brother Dwane. Funeral Services for Danyell will be held in New Omega Church, 5731 Northwestern Avenue, on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive guests in the church from 10:00 a.m until the time of service. Burial will be private for the family.
