Antonio R. Medina, 27, passed away Friday, October 11, 2024 at St. Lukes Aurora Hospital, Milwaukee, WI. Antonio was born July 4, 1997, the son of Jose D. and Cynthia (Nee: Medina) Castro. Antonio enjoyed life, spending time with his parents, family and his many special friends. He also enjoyed taking his rod and reel and spending time fishing. He loved watching the Packers and wrestling. He could also be found playing on x-box. Antonio will be deeply missed by his parents and his cats. He will also be deeply missed by his family, Aunts Irma (Jose) Gomez, Norma Medina, Rachel Medina; Uncles Simon Medina, Jr., Gilbert (Consuelo)Medina, Joe Medina, Ezy Medina, Ruben (Stacy) Medina and Johnny Medina. He will be missed by his cousins Leonardo Gomez, Ernest Chavez, Jr., Leticia Chavez, Rachael Chavez, Juanita (Janie) Rodriguez, Mariah Medina, Nicholas Medina, Ruben Medina, Jr. and Crystal Padilla. He also leaves behind his many special friends, Sara Neave, Ruperto Munoz, Angel Munoz, Giorgio Ramos, Luis and Miguel Ibarra, Ricardo Westman Patricio, Angela Nunez, Angela Nueze, Teilma Marquez and The Marquez family. Antonio was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents Simon and Juanita Medina, Sr., His Paternal Grandparents Eustacio Castro and Maria DeJesus Sandoval, uncles Victor Medina and Robert Medina and cousin Esperanza Padilla. Funeral services for Antonio will be held Thursday, October 17, 2024 in Strouf Funeral Home, 1001 High Street at 6:00 p.m. The family will receive guests in the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service in the funeral on Thursday, October 17, 2024. I can’t believe you are gone man. You were always a huge light in my life bro. You have a heart of Gold and I will miss you so much. The memories we have will live forever in me. Huge prayers out to your family. Rest in peace brother. Nothing I say can numb the pain we all feel without you man.
