Zich, Theresa 82 of Racine, passed away in her home, Thursday August 11, 2016 after her long battle with Parkinson’s Disease. The loving wife of David Zich, devoted mother to Jim (Joan) Zich, Randy (Yvonne) Zich and Kathleen (Dennis) Cecchini, caring grandmother and great grandmother, dearest sister, treasured aunt and friend to many. Preceded in death by her loving son John and her best friend, confidant and sister Sofi. Theresa was small in stature but strong in spirit and lived her life centered around her children, ensuring she provided them with all the things she herself never had. A dedicated employee for Southern Wisconsin Center for 25 years caring for the residents as though they were her own. A member of St. Rita’s Church for over 50 years she took pride and honor in volunteering and serving the lord. Visitation will be held at St Rita’s Catholic Church (4339 Douglas Ave, Racine, WI 53402) on Friday August 19th at 10:00am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am with Father Rich O’Leary O.S.A. officiating.
