Jose Angel Padilla,19, of Racine, passed away unexpectedly on May 22, 2019 at Ascension All Saints Hospital. He was born on September 9, 1999, the son of Jose Angel Rayas and Maria Padilla. Jose worked at Jiffy Lube and changed oil. Jose was very passionate about his Mustang 2007 car. He was studying to become a police officer. He had a dream to start his own car shop one day and aspired to start his own blog. He will be deeply missed by his parents Jose and Maria, sister Karina, and brother Ivan. He will be missed by his aunt Maria Jesus Padilla and girlfriend Saleysia Ruiz. He is survived by many friends and family members. Jose is preceded in death by his grandmothers Julia Romo and Maria Tejeda. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Strouf Funeral Home from 3-7 p.m. and visitation will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church from 10-11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church at 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
